Zach Hubeck is a full-time employee at WAV, a distributor based in Aurora, IL, and its affiliate MBSI WAV, which is headquartered in Medicine Hat, AB. Zach has been with the company for 23 years, and WAV has been serving the WISP community since 2001, starting with Motorola Canopy. The company provides hardware, services, and financing solutions to WISPs.
Current Role
Zach is the Executive Vice President of Marketing. His responsibilities include promoting the WISP community and helping them understand solutions for network enhancement.
Why WISPA Board of Directors?
Zach is passionate about the mission of the WISP community. He believes that for BEAD and federal subsidy programs to be successful in achieving connectivity for every American, WISPs play a critical role. Zach hopes to utilize his communication and listening skills to amplify the voices of the WISP community at state, federal, and private levels.

Strengths and Experience
Zach has served as a panelist and moderator at WISPA events and has leadership experience from serving as the Treasurer and President for the Orchard Valley Homeowners Association. He has led community initiatives like the annual Bikes for Tikes drive. His wide network of 2,000 followers and 1,800+ connections on LinkedIn, including various industry stakeholders, will be beneficial for WISPA.
