One WAV: Last Mile Gear Integration Into WAV, LLC

We are very excited to announce that on January 1^st, 2023, we will complete the full integration of Last Mile Gear, a WAV company into WAV, LLC, allowing us to better serve our customers.
 
It is our goal to make this transition as seamless as possible. Please review the below information including frequently asked questions. 
 
Do I still work with my same sales contacts?
Yes
 
Do my customer portal credentials work on wavonline.com?
Yes, any customer portal and e-commerce credentials you’ve created on lastmilegear.com will transfer to wavonline.com.
 
Does my LMG resale tax certificate automatically transfer to WAV?
No, resale tax exemption certificates will need to be resubmitted to WAV. Our finance group will send an email via Avalara that will allow you to do this easily. Please fill out the form(s) and resubmit prior to any purchases in 2023 with WAV.
 
Where do I remit payments?
Effective 1/1/23, all invoices will come from WAV, and should be remitted to WAV LLC, PO Box 7656, Carol Stream, IL 60197-7656.

Historic LMG invoice remittances should be sent to WAV HQs: 2380A Prospect Dr. Aurora, IL 60502.
