The RemotePro PL series (RPPL2424-36-30) outdoor power systems from Tycon Power® serve applications that need a primary off-grid power source to run various electronics. These robust systems feature sealed and weatherproof polycarbonate enclosures, holding up to four 12V 8.5AH batteries. The hinged and gasket-sealed enclosures protect internal components from the elements, ensuring they remain safe and dry. You can secure the enclosures with a padlock or tamper seal, providing peace of mind in remote or unattended locations.

Versatile Mounting Options

Straightforward and Versatile Mounting: Mounting the RPPL systems is both straightforward and versatile. You can easily mount the enclosures to a wall or pole using the included mounting bracket system. This flexibility allows for various installation options, catering to different site requirements.

High-Quality Solar Panels: The high-quality 30W solar panels, accompanied by a 25-year power output guarantee, can be mounted to poles with diameters ranging from 51mm to 101mm (2″ to 4″). Additionally, you can mount them directly to a wall using the included bracket kit. This setup ensures that the solar panels can be positioned for optimal sunlight exposure, maximizing their efficiency.

Advanced Battery Protection

Battery Charge Controller: The RPPL systems include an advanced battery charge controller to protect against over-charging or over-discharging of the valve-regulated sealed lead-acid batteries. This essential feature helps extend the lifespan of the batteries, ensuring reliable performance over time.

Built-In PoE Inserter and DC-DC Converter: Most of the RPPL systems also include a controller with a built-in PoE inserter and DC-DC converter, supplying 24V or 48V PoE from the 12V or 24V battery system. This capability makes the RPPL series ideal for powering a wide range of PoE devices, such as cameras, radios, and other network equipment.

Flexible and Safe Operation

Multiple Ports for Various Cabling Needs: The enclosures have multiple ports for CAT5/6 cables, antenna cables/connectors, or other cabling, providing flexibility for various wiring needs. This design ensures that the systems can accommodate different setups and configurations.
