Frequently Asked Questions:

Are existing customers who have purchased some Tarana products eligible? Yes, customers who have purchased Tarana product types including 6Ghz products may purchase a Play to Win Bundle. Any customer may purchase one or up to four Play to Win Bundles.
Can a customer modify the Play to Win Bundle? No, we need them intact so we can properly rebate the distributors when they sell through the distributor’s inventory.
Can a customer add additional RNs or accessories to the Play to Win Bundle? No, because they are specifically discounted with those quantities. However, a customer may purchase more RNs or accessories at their normal discount level from the distributor.
Can a customer submit a PO to a distributor by October 25, 2024 and take delivery after November 7, 2024? No, all of the Play to Win Bundles 6BNs, 6RNs and accessories need to ship by Thursday, November 7, 2024. The 6RNv bundles will ship when available in 2025.
Can a VAR purchase Play to Win Bundle? Yes, they can purchase Play to Win Bundles.
May a VAR purchase multiple Play to Win Bundles? Yes, only if the VAR registers each end customer Opportunity with their Tarana Sales Rep (see directions above in the “Process” section) and up to four bundles for each end customer.
Can a VAR split a Play to Win Bundle? Yes, they can resell part of the Play to Win Bundle to different customers and TCS will be assigned to the BNs and RNs of the VAR’s customers when they install at the customer location. The Tarana SE’s may have to assist with Tarana Customer Support to assign the BNs to the unique Customer ID in TCS.
May a financing company purchase Play to Win Bundles (i.e. a leasing agreement or a procurement by the financing company) on behalf of an end customer? Yes, a finance company may be the purchasing company even though TCS will be set up for the end customer. However, these promotions cannot be combined with any other promotion or financing subsidy. The same terms and conditions apply for the end customer that is financing through a third party. The financing company purchases at Play to Win promotion customer purchase price.
May an end customer or VAR delay shipment of a partial shipment of a Play to Win Bundle? No, all 6BN, 6RN products and accessories need to ship at the same time by November 7, 2024. The 6RNv will ship when available in 2025.
