Frequently Asked Questions:

1. Are existing customers who have purchased some Tarana products eligible?
   Yes, customers who have never purchased Tarana product types may purchase a Starter Kit.  Any customer may purchase one or up to four Super Packs.
2. If a customer purchased a 5Ghz Starter Kit are they eligible to purchase a 5Ghz Super Pack(s)?
   Yes, they are eligible to purchase both.
3. Can a customer modify the Starter Kit or Super Pack?
   No, we need them intact so we can properly rebate the distributors when they sell through the distributor’s inventory.
4. Can we add additional RNs or accessories to the Starter Kit or Super Pack?
   No, because they are specifically discounted with those quantities.  However, a customer may purchase more RNs or accessories at their normal discount level from the distributor.
5. Can a customer submit a PO to a distributor by December 27, 2024 and take delivery after December 31, 2024?
   No, all of the Starter Kits and Super Packs need to ship by Tuesday, December 31, 2024.
6. Can a VAR purchase a Starter Kit or Super Pack?
   Yes, as long as the end customer has never purchased that type of product for the Starter Kits.  Yes, they can purchase Super Pack(s).
7. May a VAR purchase multiple Starter Kits and/or Super Packs?
   Yes, only if the VAR registers each end customer Opportunity with their Tarana Sales Rep (see directions above in the “Process” section) and each end customer is qualified for the Starter Kit.
8. Can a VAR split a Super Pack?
   Yes, they can resell part of the Super Pack to different customers and TCS will be assigned to the BNs and RNs of the VAR’s customers when they install at the customer location.  The Tarana SE’s may have to assist with Tarana Customer Support to assign the BNs to the unique Customer ID in TCS.
9. May a financing company purchase (i.e. a leasing agreement or a procurement by the financing company) on behalf of an end customer either the Starter Kit or Super Pack?
   Yes, a finance company may be the purchasing company even though TCS will be set up for the end customer.  However, these promotions cannot be combined with any other promotion or financing subsidy.  The same terms and conditions apply for the end customer that is financing through a third party.
10. Are there Super Packs for 3Ghz and 6Ghz products?
    No, the Super Pack is 5Ghz products only.
11. May an end customer or VAR delay shipment of a Starter Kit or partial shipment of a Super Pack?
    No, all products need to ship at the same time by December 31, 2024.
