Inside Sales Representative
As WAV's Inside Sales Representative, you will be responsible for nurturing and growing reseller accounts/leads within a specific territory. WAV's Inside Sales Representative will report to sales leadership, and success will be measured by account growth and development, territory sales, and quota retirement. WAV's Inside Sales Representative will work closely with WAV's Business Development team to mature a territory and ensure success across many of WAV's product lines and customers. Travel for WAV's Inside Sales Representative will be light to moderate.

Key activities that WAV's Inside Sales Representative will be engaged in:

  • Create quotes and process sales orders for customers via CRM system.
  • Understand customer specific buying needs/special price offers to ensure accurate quotes, shipping costs, etc.
  • Enter new client/lead information into CRM system - according to entry format and without error.
  • Maintain current on internal systems and processes in order to increase level of customer service to clients.
  • Contact leads and prospects via phone and/or email to initiate new business including outbound calling to potential and established customers on a daily basis
  • Become technically proficient at a sales level in all product lines offered by WAV, Inc. to enable the ability to provide the customer with the appropriate value proposition/solution fit

Business Development Executive
As WAV's Business Development Executive, you will develop and direct all sales activity in your territory inclusive of growing sales and profitability of WAV, Inc. by prioritizing and capturing significant new customers and growing revenues with existing customers. Backup the Regional Strategic Account Manager team and Sales Leadership.

Systems Engineer

As WAV's Systems Engineer, you will be responsible for providing support to our sales teams and customers. The Systems Engineer will design and support networking solutions using the technologies we offer. Ongoing training will be provided. Travel for WAV's Systems Engineer will be moderate.    The Systems Engineer will report to the Support Services Manager.

Key activities that WAV's Systems Engineer will be engaged in:

  • Design and support L2, L3, WLAN, and wireless broadband networks.
  • Provide pre-sales and post-sales support to our sales teams and customers.

As WAV's Systems Associate, you will be responsible for providing support to our sales teams and customers. Helpdesk Associate

Web Content Specialist

As WAV's Web Content Specialist, you will be responsible for creating and/or acquiring content for corporate website and e-commerce store and designing, creating, and modifying company web sites. The Web Content Specialist must analyze user needs to implement web site content, graphics, performance, and capacity.

Key activities that WAV's Web Content Specialist will be engaged in:

  • Generate and update website content (products, content, and promotions).
  • Plan, define and implement website changes and functional improvements.
  • Work with marketing manager to build traffic & sales via the website (PPC agency, email marketing provider, e-commerce provider, etc.).
  • Maintain and update the online marketing plan for the website.
  • Monitor key performance indicators on the website and develop plans to improve them.
  • Update information and content on the website.
  • Manage and update product information for e-commerce store like pictures, product attributes, and data sheets.
  • Create banners, images, promotions etc. for display on the website (using products like Photoshop, Camtasia, SnagIt, and other video/picture editing software).
